# Activer les notifications dans Mounki Copilot

## Prérequis :

*   Avoir une version 11.2.2 ou supérieure de Mounki COPILOT ([Mettre à jour son application](https://mounki.crisp.help/fr/article/comment-mettre-a-jour-mon-application-mounki-copilot-1gjh5b/)
*   Être connecté à internet

Il existe différentes manières de faire selon que le téléphone. Voici comment faire pour les téléphones APPLE et pour les téléphones PLAY STORE-ANDROID.

### APPLE 

Il est possible de personnaliser ses notifications en les activant, désactivant et en choisissant la manière dont on est notifié (son, bannière ... etc.)

1. Aller dans "Réglages" puis "Notifications";

2. Sélectionner "Mounki Copilot", puis activer les notifications.

### PLAY STORE - ANDROID

1. Ouvrir "Paramètres";

2. Cliquer sur "Notifications";

3. Sélectionner "Mounki Copilot" puis activer les notifications.
